I just want to eat lettuce for a week right now.

I don't know, a whole week sounds a bit extreme. Also, I'm pretty sure a week worth of lettuce would make you incredibly gassy, so something to keep in mind.

Not normally, no, but if eaten in large quantities? Definitely. I'd aim for simple carbs and a lot of water. You'll feel better before you know it.
