They let a man named Shiloh out on bail. He's a conman and a criminal and just generally a really awful person. I can't believe they let this happen with all the evidence against him.

Forgive me, luv, but I have found that depending on authority for justice is never productive. Justice is what we make ourselves.

If you want this awful person to get their just desserts, then may I suggest you find someone willing to deliver it...personally?
