It's all about obligations. I have several.

If your obligations are a waste of your time, then they shouldn't be obligations.

I can't trust others to fulfill them correctly. It's me. It's always been me.

I have an issue with delegation myself.

Delegation is one word for it — I lead by principal. Strength.

Strength is one way to do it. Unfortunately, that isn't always possible.

A few that could very well be disloyal. Trust isn't as easy as it should be.

I find trust exceedingly difficult. Always have.

Those I trust have failed me. I don't tolerate it.

I lead fair. I lead by example — yes. I would do anything to keep the rest of them in line.
