Let him know that. State your case, let him know what he needs to change, you both figure out when he needs to change by, and then you see if he can do it. And don't stick around if he can't.

Your emotions are going to make it feel real, real difficult to stick to the plan, but you're smarter than your emotions.

I find that I may be too as he means so much, he's been the best father figure I could have asked for but now that I'm more adult I just see how even though he acted in my best interests it wasn't always the right way to handle things. I see that now more than ever.
