Look, how was I supposed to know that was going to be the route he would take? I went in there to end it and he reacted a bit off book. I had to adjust, and he was in my apartment. He broke in, and at least I had the resources to get something done.

You know I'm looking at further back than that. It should never have come to that point. You don't leave an enemy alive. Not one that saw what he did.
