A mouse can't make a difference...

It's easier said than done.

If a child may make a difference, so can a mouse.

But a child can-can learn things, they grow up, they get better...

And a mouse does not do any of those things?

Some might discount a mouse for their own reasons, but I think that any creature that wishes to may make a difference.
