Although when things are broken you can sometimes get some pretty good emotions out of them.

Well, like the first time I got my heart broken I wrote a pretty amazing song.

*raises eyebrow*

You write songs?

Yeah *laughs* You could say that.

*points to the floor to sit with him*

You want me to teach you how to write? Do you sing or play anything?

I play guitar and sing.

Right. So do you have a pen and paper?

First of all we've got to decide who you want to write the song for. Is it for you, a family member, for who?

I don't really have any inspiration at this moment in time.

I've got things I'd write about but they aren't happy. I've got some things to think about with my girlfriend lately.

Who do you write things for?

Some of the best material comes from those heartbreaking moments. Believe me, I know.

Different people, I've writting songs about my family, people I've fallen in love with.

Why don't you write something about your girl?

*nods*

I could try but I don't want to play it to her. I'll get shy.

We could always record it for her if you wanted to. Give it to her as a gift?

Do girls really like that stuff?

Some really dig it, yeah.

Okay, so we have the person and the next thing is we need to think about how you're feeling.

I don't want to be emo but pain.

What kind of pain?

You ever been in love with someone who doesn't even know what that feels like? You're first time together they didn't even know how to enjoy it?

I can't say I have, I know what it's like to be around someone you love everyday and not be able to do a damn thing about it.

Think I'd rather swap places with you.

I'd rather have them in my life and be able to kiss them and hope they would return my feelings than know someone loved or loves me back but there's nothing that can be done.

I just want her.

Then have her.

I can't describe it but she's like an empty shell. I know she's got personality and character waiting to come out.

Then maybe something like a song for her will do that.

Not now it won't.

I broke up with her.

Do you love her, do you want to be with her?

That doesn't matter. We can't be together.

I'm sorry you feel that way.

I can't look at how beautiful she is and wonder why she's sat beside me when she doesn't love. I wanted our first time together to be special and she didn't understand a thing.

So you're giving up. That's totally your choice but you might regret it.

I already do. I love her but it's her not being able to love me back or have any type of...of..emotion that destroys me.
