Music is my heart and soul.

Always good to find somebody else who thinks that way.

I've thought it ever since I was five.

I can't remember when it happened for me, but it's always been a huge part of my life.

I'm Randy, by the way.

Jude Harrison. It's always a pleasure to meet a fellow artist.

The band doesn't get together nearly as often as I'd like, but that's what happens when you all hit middle age, I suppose.

Well I hope for me that never happens. I'm a little off middle age but who knows what the future has in store for me. Only the cd sales and the record companies can tell me that.

Oh, so you went pro? Impressive. I thought about it, but ended up changing my mind. I still play, but only as a hobby.

Went and still am. It's hard, was harder juggling it with school. It's the only thing I've ever wanted to do.

I said that, but then I stuck to the safer course. I can't say it doesn't have its pros and cons.

I can see why you wouldn't want to chance it, I've not got much to fall back upon. I suppose I could write or produce.

I was going for it, but then I had some family stuff come up and it didn't seem the smartest decision. I'm happy with what I do, though.

So what is it you do?

I'm an intern with the LAPD.

Worthy job.

I like it. I still love music, but I have an appreciation for what I do, too. And it provided for my family which was important at the time.
