In that case, I think being nervous is a natural reaction to the stress resulting from that situation.

If it involves something I can't solve, I try to meditate or look for problems I can solve instead. But maybe sparring or reading would help?

All of those sound good, but I may be too restless to meditate. The Danger Room may be the best.

It might be easier, that's for sure. I could do pretty much anything you want to do outside of sparring. I don't think I'd get that angry, but it's best not to risk it.
