I guess so, although people tend to try to lie to their doctor's an aweful lot, you just pick up a sense of it.

I'm not real good at it or anything, but there's body language, tells, how well you know the other person. It's how your mom always knows when you're lying, that kinda thing. Eye contact, breathing rate, uh... you get the picture.
