It is so important to have a therapist you feel comfortable with. It is, in its own way, a very intimate relationship.

It really is. And I am not usually comfortable with talking about feelings or past experiences with a total stranger. It's certainly not going to put me at ease if they push when I'm not ready.

Our former boss appointed all ADAs to weekly sessions. Because of our job or whatever.
