Me! Ban up! *holds his arms up*

*eyes go wider as she panics about picking up such a small child, then hears what he said* Ban? Is that your name? *gingerly lifts him off Bobby's back, looking nervous*

*sits down and looks up at him* Ya ain't gonna break 'im, baby.

*wraps his arms around her laying his head close to her chest* Ban cookie?

*shoots Bobby a look, then nods* Of course, honey, you can have--

*about drops the kid as something clicks* B-brand?

*starts chuckling*

*grins nuzzling her neck* Ban.

*glares at Bobby* You and I are going to talk later, buddy. *to Brand as she gets him settled at the table* For you, I'll pull out the last of the chocolate cookies.

*chuffs softly and goes to nose around at the oven* I don't think cookies ever been made in this oven.

*giggles*

*makes up a little plate with cookies and pours some milk for Brand, puts the same on the floor for Bobby, only the milk in a bowl* And a crying shame, too. This place has a decent set up.

*sits and stares at Brand* Do you do this often?

*noses at the cookies, then drops one into the milk bowl to soak* Thanks. I used to cook.

*gnaws on a cookie* No. Ban lie Bahbie.

*eyebrow creeps up* You do this for Bobby? *smiles* Giving him a little practice?

*glances at Bobby* You get to tell Leo what we need in the kitchen, then, babe.

Already gave him the list. *fishes the cookie out of the milk and snarfs it down, getting soggy crumbs everywhere*

*makes little growl sounds eating his cookie*

*puts her chin on her hands and watches Brand in fascination* I am not even remotely ready for this. Not at all.

*after licking up cookie crumbs, he headbutt Mel's leg* I have fun with him. He's a great little cookie monster.

Bahbie! *grins down at him*

*touches Brand's cheek* Bobby's fun to play with, huh? *reaches down with her other hand to pet Bobby* What do you two get up to like this? Besides eating all my cookies.

*butts her hand and licks her* First time we been like this together.

*pats at her hand giggling*

Oh yeah? Then we should do something special. *laughs* Maybe a walk in the park?

Thought ya weren't ready for this baby thing?

*holds his hands toward her*

*brushes some crumbs from Brand's face,then picked him up* I'm not ready for it, but doing something is better than sitting here staring in shock. *smiles at Brand* Should Bobby take us for a walk?

*not waiting for Brand's answer, he wolfed down another cookie, then headed for the elevator*

*settles against Mel babbling happily*

*grabs an extra light sweater before heading after Bobby, shaking her head at the whole thing*
