The short explination is that it's classified.

The long one it that you probably wouldn't understand it anyway, execpt to say that it involves behavior modification and a pain in the ass Sheriff that I know.

Hmmm. Well, you're hair is a bit misleading then. *sighs* ....just between us? I'm being effected by a behaviour modification chemical, it's experimental, and really shouldn't even have been in the testing phase. It's lowering my ability to judge things clearly, an example being that I'm telling you all of this now.
