So tired I could happily collapse.

Darling? *slides his hand over hers*

*looks up at him, dark circles under her eyes* I'm just... exhausted. I don't feel quite right.

*worried, strokes her cheek*

What's wrong? Can you describe what feels wrong?

*kisses her cheek*
I'm sure Greggy or Jakey can take the boys for a little while if need be. Should I get Chessa, is it that kind of not feeling right, an illness type?

*closes her eyes* Just achy and tired and... I don't know. Maybe it's just a cold or something.

*smiles at him* I'll be okay. It's just being tired and all. If I get a good night's sleep, I'll probably feel better.

*wraps his arms around her, his worry not ceasing* I'm sure Alice will be happy to have the boys for the night. Tonight can be just us, how does that sound? *kisses her* How can I help you feel better?

*nods* That sounds... wonderful. If you're sure she won't mind, I mean. *curls up against him, kissing him softly* I need sleep. And you. And more sleep...

*carries her over to the couch and curls up with her* She loves them, she won't mind. And if she's busy we'll give them to your mothers. *kisses her gingerly* You deserve a break, my love. You work so hard.

*lays her head on his shoulder* Okay. Sounds good. *smiles and kisses him again* I don't work that hard, Adam.

*tightens his arms around her* You work harder than anyone I know. *looks at her* I love you so much and so do the boys.

*curls closer* You're *yawns* silly. *smiles and kisses along his jaw* I love you too, Adam.

*spoons around her*

I just want you to feel better, my darling. Are you sure we shouldn't go to Mungo's just in case?

Mmm, no Mungo's, please. I see enough of that place while working. *closes her eyes* Just need sleep, I promise.

*nods and buries his head in the crook of her neck* I won't leave you even for a second.

*smiles* You can... I'll be okay. You can amuse yourself if you're not tired. I just need you close. I always sleep better with you near.

*snuggles closer* No way. There's nowhere I'd rather be but here with you. Don't worry about me, concentrate on feeling better. *he brushed his lips against hers*

*smiles and kisses him* Okay love. Thank you so much.

*curls closer*

Go on and sleep now, my darling.
