That's a pretty bold move. Considering what she's been through, are you sure you want to do that? It's likely my dad won't be thrilled by the idea.

I wouldn't be telling her that. We've been talking about taking a road trip for a while now. I'm worried about her safety. I...I didn't mean for any of this to happen and maybe having her disappear off the grid for a little while will help to calm things down.

It's just an idea for now.

Sorry if I came off sounding a little bitchy, I mean, I'm protective of my sister as well. It's practically my fault that she got assaulted that night.

They are. But if they get bad again...besides they'll spend time looking for her and that means that you all will be marginally safer too. If we're constantly moving then it'd be harder for them to track her and I can protect her if she's with me.

I have been saving up and there's a small little cottage that I'd like to buy on this small bit of land. I figured once we'd lost them after a few weeks, I could take her there.

I can't believe this is happening... but if you think it's in her best interest, I'll convince my dad to let you take her.

I could lend you a few hundred dollars. It's the least I could do.

I haven't even spoken to her yet, and it's been a little over a month since the assault.

It come to that yet...but I'd appreciate the help. It never hurts to be prepared, you know?

I have money, but Bryce would probably like to have a little of her own. Thank you. We'd keep in touch, but it wouldn't be regular like every Thursday at 5pm.

I want to take care of her for the rest of my life.

Yeah… I wish I could give you some advice, but I’m completely out of ideas. The possibility of you leaving is out of the question, because I saw what that did to Bryce. It was unbelievable how depressed she became. As much as I hate to admit it, both of you leaving seems best.
