Uh, well...It started out as the 'Battle of the Bands' and then people thought `battle` was an inappropriate word, and then it became the `Convergance of the Bands` and then `Convergance` and then it somehow became the `Festival of Lights`...

It's pretty much a talent show.

A solid choice. My band's been called everything from 'indie rock' to 'alt-folk'.

Good choice. I started playing when I was in high school. You're probably a lot better than I was back then, because I more or less fucked around and didn't learn all that much until I got to college....
