American Ballet Theatre. It's where I went to school as well as danced professionally for a short time.

Alright, I don't know if it can top that, but it could be close.

I guess time will tell.

So, how long were you a dancer?

Professionally? Less than a year.

Dancing? My whole life, give or take infancy and toddlerhood.

Do you still dance?

Every day.

I wanted to be a ballerina, you don't get there overnight or without a lot of hard work. Now it's just force of habit and routine.

Are you teaching dance now? Or do you just torture your toes for the fun of it?

Yes and yes.

Moved home and started teaching the pixie parade how to break their own toes.

Fun times. At least they got a professional, and not someone who took two years of classes at community college.
