Yeah, mess is an understatement. Not only is he most likely going to be charged with 4 counts of homicide but he was caught on camera as a dead guy walking out of a morgue. Vampires do not have human rights. They are not protected by our constitution. If the evidence irrefutable and a judge somewhere decides it, there may not be a trial just a manhunt.

*runs her hands through her hair* On top of that, I have no idea if he's still injured.

He has to be. Injured, I mean. He was certainly injured if he ended up in the morgue and he hasn't come home yet...something is wrong, I know it.

This is probably going to sound really naive but what about those people he killed? You guys are just going to skip the country and he's not going to have to take responsibility for that?

I don’t know how well you know him, but he kills people nearly every night, miss. No sense in starting to feel bad about it now.

*eye twitch* Yes. Well. He sleeps with Arsène, but as he and I and nearly everyone else who knows us lives in Percy’s house, that’s not very helpful. He’s also not terribly sociable. I don’t know where he goes, honestly. I know he likes to drink.

I don't hardly know him at all but I know Brody so I didn't want to just incriminate his friend and possibly get the guy killed.

Arsene was injured too. Shot actually. What are the chances? Unfortunately, drinking doesn't give me a lot to go by. Arsene's the best bet.
