I'm sorry for Poseidon's unpleasant behaviour.

If anyone should be sorry, it should be his stupid ass.

He's reacting the way he is because of me. I know I've hurt him, but he has to understand if he wants our marriage to last I need time away to think things over.

You know. I really care nothing for relationship issues, but I doubt that his "pain" has anything to do with him being petty against those he desires and for his claiming others work as his own.

I do not know what he is thinking when it comes to yourself and Medusa. I do know neither of you should be boasting claim to the cruelty done to her. She was a mortal caught up in the petty actions of two gods who should know better, but that is the way of gods with mortals; as it will always be.

Her soul is at rest now, for gods sake, let her rest in peace. Have you both not done enough to her? Must you defile her even when she is dead?

You do not need to react to Poseidon's big-mouth, if he wishes to be petty and immature about what he has or has not done, it is better to ignore him. If you get caught up in a pissing contest with him you are only feeding his ego, Athena. It's not worth the hassle.

People will find out the truth if they want, most just do not care.

One day you may understand about relationship issues and understand the pain invovled. I hope you will not know such things, it's not a pain I'd wish on anyone.

The only reason you are spouting such drivel about Medusa, is because YOU didn't know her. She was a bitch before the snakes and she was a bitch after.

I WILL react when he decides to talk about things that HE HAS NOT DONE, like he HAS DONE THEM.

And, no. I won't ever "understand" the "pain" involved with "relationship issues." Because, I am not dumb enough to enter into any.

Regardless of what she was in her life before Poseidon and yourself, it is poor form of either of you to be fighting over who did what to her even in her death. Let the poor creature be.

I've told Poseidon the same thing many times and find his bragging distasteful and highly inaccurate. Don't you understand? It's not about wining for him, it's about seeing who he can get to 'bite his lure' he's reeling you in and laughing all the way.

You are the wiser one to avoid relationships.

You need not make his excuses.
