Neither do I... but it seems to be a trend word in conversations. "Sleep? Oh Emm Gee, that is so overrated." - "My last date sucked. Whatever, relationships are so overrated anyway."

And so on, and so on...

Bleh, that seems really boring. I think it sounds kind of like a defense mechanism. Like.. if they can't get relationships to work, or if they happen to not like beer/wine/sleep/rap music -- it's overrated!
