Have you ever seen fire fighters try to usher a group of people out of a burning building or a group of policemen trying to apprehend a gunman? Those sorts of things strike me as "organized chaos".

I thought the whole point of chaos was that it wasn't organized and to make it organized would make it...not chaos.
