Perhaps a mixture, keeping in the same colour scheme but having a variety of patterns and textures. I like *she begins to tear objects from the pages and arranging them on the table top* this (http://www.restaurantfurniture.net/DunaSideChair-OnSale_154.html) for chairs, and dark mahogany (http://www.restaurantfurniture.net/SolidWoodTableTops_128.html) make for the durable hardwood tables tops and counters. Those are boss drapery but, hmmm, the booths.. Imma torn. Rather fancy the Lalaine Decorator Fabric in Truffle but wonder if it'll be overwhelmin' for a booth. I really like the Ticieana Lacquer Decorator Fabric could those be incorporated somewhere. Maybe draperies?

Really busy fabrics tend to be best as accents or things not looked at extensively. I think it would be wonderful for chair seats.
