Oh, I don't know, it might go a long way to keeping your crewmates from wanting to tear their own hair out in frustration. Seeming unaffected by things that would naturally upset anyone is just- natural. Good god, man, it isn't like you're a species of robots! Unless I missed something in Xenobiology.
