Do you believe that my uniform will be sufficient? [Far be it from Spock to question the professional time traveler, but the prime directive compels him to make every effort of caution. It is a piece of regulation that he and the Doctor perhaps do not always agree on, but it did take all kinds to run a universe.
Spock puts aside the question of clothing in favor of watching the TARDIS awaken and gain momentum; and then his turns his gaze down to meet the Doctor's. If the complexities of Human expressions still managed to escape him, it would be doubly so for that of a Time Lord. Especially this one. Yet; a small quirk of Spock's mouth indicates that he may not be so easily fooled as all that.]
