[A drop of duck sauce falls on the report Steve's reading with one hand from the take out container his in other and he has to admit that he needs to focus. The report wins out as he sets down the container and wipes at the spot with his fingers. The table in front of him is littered with reports, requisitions and take-out containers.

He realizes that somewhere on a computer, all this information is contained on a single screen, but despite technological advances, he prefers the paper trail. Black and white is easier to piece together when it's solid and right in front of him.]

I think we need to set up a timeline. Work out who had clearance on our end to your objectives. A level six or above should cut out most agents.
