O-kay ... and what exactly does a consulting detective do?

So you do police work they cannot do? What, for example?

It is the same principle as a private detective. Only, I help police solve crimes. Those crimes usually involve a dead body or two.

No. I mean everything. The only time I'm entertained is when I have a case.

So ... movies or a good book don't work for you? Or traveling, meeting people? What do you do in your free time, then?

I'm sorry. But I'm just an ordinary bartender, which is certainly much less exciting than what you do for a living. Every now and then I have to listen to pretty weird stories, but that's it.

Yeah, thinking about it, that's actually quite sad in most cases. But then, it's what you spend a lot of time doing.

Considering they take such pride in something that is usually so boring, of course it is.
